- Asparagus - 500 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 glass
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Allspice - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the asparagus and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Spread it out in sterile jars with the tops up. Slice as needed.
Chop the garlic, mix all the other ingredients and heat the marinade on the stove.
Pour in the asparagus, add boiling water as needed and roll up the jars.
