- Melon - 700 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Vanilla sugar - 20 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the fruit and cut into cubes.
Cover with sugar, pour in water and leave overnight.
Bring to a boil and boil the jam for 5 minutes.
Let it cool and bring it to a boil again.
Add vanilla sugar, boil the jam for another 20-30 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
