If you often buy corn in cans, I suggest you go ahead and prepare it yourself. There is a lot of corn at the height of the season, and it is quite inexpensive, so such harvesting is also profitable. Pickled corn will perfectly complement salads.

Ingredients

  • Corn - 4 cob
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 3 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the corn until tender, rinse with cold water, cut the grains and dry them on paper napkins.

Put the zarna in a sterile jar.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar, and pour boiling water.

Sterilize the jar in a pot of water for 20 minutes.

Roll up the corn.
