Ingredients

  • Quince - 1 kg
  • Water - 400 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and randomly slice the quince. Fill with water and boil for 10-15 minutes.

Discard the fruits in a colander. Separate 400 ml from the remaining juice and mix with sugar.

Bring the syrup to a boil and put the quince back.

Cook the jam for half an hour on low heat.

Allow the workpiece to cool completely and boil for another half an hour or until the desired density.

Roll the quince jam into sterile jars.
