I love pickling cucumbers for the winter. Under the influence of a fragrant marinade, vegetables easily retain their usefulness and give us a feeling of summer mood throughout the winter. One of my favorite recipes has its roots in Hungarian cuisine. I'm telling you more!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pre-soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.

Place them tightly in clean, dry jars with chopped carrots, onions and pepper. You can add more spices.

Boil water with sugar, salt and vinegar.

Fill the cucumbers with marinade, sterilize for 15 minutes and roll up for the winter.
