Ingredients

  • Pollock - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Carrots - 3 pieces
  • Lemon - 0.5 pieces
  • Greenery - 0.5 beam
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Gut the fish and cut into portions. Randomly chop the onion, carrot, lemon and herbs.

Spread the pollock and the rest of the ingredients in the jars in layers.

Add salt, sugar, spices and oil.

Cover the jars with foil, put them in the oven and preheat to 160 degrees.

Simmer the workpiece for an hour and roll up with sterile lids.
