A couple of mint leaves for fragrance and decoration will not surprise anyone. And what about pure mint jam? Perhaps, it could quickly break into the tops of the most unusual winter preparations. Also very useful!
Ingredients
- Mint - 500 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mint, separate the leaves and put them in a saucepan.
Fill the mint with water, add sugar, stir and leave for 2 hours.
