  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

Mix the mushrooms with salt, spices and put them in jars.

Sterilize for 30 minutes, roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a warm blanket.
