- Vegetable oil - 0.5 glasses

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass all vegetables with apples, chili and garlic through a meat grinder.
Add the oil and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
Add sugar, salt and spices, and cook for another 30 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 15 minutes and roll the caviar into sterilized jars.
