Making juice from yellow tomatoes is not much different from making regular tomato juice. The drink looks exotic and elegant and will complement any table advantageously. Try this juice with chebureks or meat pies, it's very tasty!
Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes - 5 kg
- Dill - 3 umbrella
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
Pass the prepared tomatoes through a juicer.
Put the juice in a cooking pot, add salt and dill umbrellas. Since yellow tomatoes are sweeter than their red relatives, we will not add sugar to the drink.
Bring the juice to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring, for 15 minutes.
Pour the boiling juice from yellow tomatoes into a pre-sterilized three-liter jar and roll it up. Turn the jar with the drink upside down, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. Store the cooled juice in a cool, dark place.
