Blackberries have a wonderful mild taste, but sometimes you want something more expressive. In this case, I prefer to add a little lemon to the jam. In addition, it makes the color of the workpiece even brighter, and such jars are stored better even just in the closet.
Ingredients
- Blackberries - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 700 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and remove a little zest.
Add to the blackberries and gently mix with the sugar.
Leave the blank for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil, boil the jam for 10-15 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterilized jars.
