Ingredients
- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the raspberries and put them in a sterile jar.
Boil water, add sugar and boil until dissolved. You can add spices to taste.
Pour the syrup over the berry and sterilize the jar in a saucepan with water for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll up raspberry compote for winter.
