- Apples - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 120 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the apples, peel the seeds and cut into thick slices.
Place the pieces of fruit in jars, trying to leave fewer voids.
Boil water, mix with lemon juice and pour into jars of fruit. Cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup into jars, roll up and wrap up with a blanket for a day.
