Another wonderful recipe for vegetable pancakes. In it I will use baby spinach, another variety with large leaves will have to be crushed. Spinach can be scalded with boiling water or fried in a frying pan. The point is to make it soft and shrink a little.
Ingredients
- Kefir (warm) – 180 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 glass
- Spinach (baby) – 100 g
- Cabbage (white) – 200 g
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the spinach in a dry frying pan, cover with a lid and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Chop the white cabbage into thin strips, add salt and slightly mash with your hands.
Mix warm kefir and soda.
Add egg, salt, ground pepper, cabbage and spinach.
Pour in small portions of flour and mix well.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small pancakes and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
