- Peaches - 1 kg
- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the peaches thoroughly, cut them arbitrarily and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water over them, cover with lids and leave to cool to room temperature.
Drain the water, boil it again and pour the peaches again.
Roll up the compote for the winter.
