Eggplant rolls are traditionally stuffed with tomatoes or nuts, but I suggest trying a more original version. Here, tuna, processed cheese and a few other ingredients are added to the filling. Don't be afraid to experiment!
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the egg until tender and grate on a fine grater with melted cheese.
Add the mashed tuna, chopped chili, garlic and parsley. Mix the filling.
Cut the eggplant into thin slices, fry until browned on both sides and wrap the filling in slices.
