Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt and sugar.

Add kefir, butter, vanilla essence and mix well. The dough will turn out thick, like greasy sour cream.

Cover the split form with parchment paper, grease with oil and lay out the dough.

Bake for 40-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Put the finished pie to cool on the grill.
