Don't wait for holidays and special occasions, arrange an unusual Italian-style dinner tonight. Turn on the appropriate music, put a beautiful bouquet on the table and prepare a pizza. I offer the most popular and delicious recipe — Carbonara with bacon.

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 2 glasses
  • Dry yeast (high–speed) - 1 tsp.
  • Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water (warm) – 150 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, dry yeast, salt and baking powder.

Pour in warm water and knead the plastic dough.

Cover with a towel and set aside for 15 minutes.

Cut bacon and champignons into thin plates. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Roll out the dough into a thin cake and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Evenly distribute the cheese, mushrooms and bacon. Leave some cheese. Place the pizza in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

In a separate container, whisk the egg with cream, salt and ground pepper.

Take the pizza out of the oven, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with leftover cheese, Italian herbs and ground pepper. Bake for another 5 minutes.
