Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Dry yeast (without slide) – 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 350 ml
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk.
Add sugar and salt, mix and remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add melted butter, lightly beaten egg and warm water.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Roll out the cake 2-3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts and put them on a floured board. They should lie down at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
Deep fry the donuts until golden brown over medium heat. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Use a silicone brush to apply the glaze to the surface of the donuts.
