Great winter salad recipe. All the necessary products can be bought at any store, and cooking surprises with its simplicity. A more piquant option is obtained if you add a couple of cloves of garlic and a little red pepper.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 300 g
- Cauliflower - 250 g
- Corn (canned) – 100 g
- Green peas (canned) – 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences.
Boil the cauliflower in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Put the green peas and corn in a colander, rinse.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix sea and cauliflower, carrots, corn, green peas.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce and mix.
