Do you want to cook really delicious and fluffy buns? Then go to the store for fresh yeast. They never fail, although they complicate the process of kneading the dough. I tell you my favorite recipe, which I have been using for many years.
Ingredients
- Flour - 600 g
- Fresh yeast - 15 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 200 ml
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 30 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 20 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crumble fresh yeast into warm milk.
Add sugar, 2 tbsp flour and remove to a warm place for 15 minutes.
Mix the sifted flour, baking soda and melted butter.
Add sourdough, sour cream and lightly beaten egg. Knead a soft dough.
Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Knead the dough slightly and divide it into 10 identical parts.
Form the buns, put them on a greased baking sheet and leave to "rise" for 15-20 minutes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
