Take out all the ingredients in advance so that they are at room temperature.
Sift the flour several times.
Beat eggs with sugar and softened butter with a mixer.
Add flour, slaked soda, salt and vanilla, and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the kefir and mix the dough again. It should be thicker than pancakes.
Put the dough into the mold. Place the biscuit in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
