- Vegetable oil - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sour cream.
Add sugar, salt, eggs and flour mixed with baking powder.
Knead the dough and divide into small pieces, give each a round shape.
Pour the oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" mode and wait until it warms up enough.
Fry the donuts in oil until golden brown, put them on a paper towel or in a deep-frying basket.
