Margarita is a classic, with which the history of Italian pizza in the world began. Since then, many variations of it have appeared, but the traditional recipe remains the same. I managed to adapt it to everyday life and cook a Margarita on pita bread.
Ingredients
- Lavash (volumetric) – 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the pita bread in a frying pan and brush with tomato sauce.
Arrange the tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook the pizza on the stove on low heat under the lid until the cheese is completely melted.
