Tired of monotonous pancakes and pancakes? It's time to learn how to cook pancakes! It's easier than it might seem at first glance. Since butter is added to the dough, you will not need a lot of vegetable oil for frying.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
  • Milk (warm) – 200 ml
  • Flour - 220 g
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
  • Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.

Add warm milk, vanilla and melted butter.

Pour in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and mix until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, spoon a little dough into the center and fry for 4 minutes on each side.

Repeat the steps with the rest of the dough, adding vegetable oil to the pan if necessary.
