Recently, American pancakes have become incredibly popular. They are prepared according to a classic recipe, on water, kefir and milk. Recently I tried to knead the dough on ricotta and cocoa. This option is very popular with children!
Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Cocoa - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Ricotta - 200 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.
Add the ricotta and mix until smooth.
Separately mix the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.
In small portions, pour the dry billet into the egg-cheese mixture and mix well.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it up. Put 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the middle, forming a perfectly round island.
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat the same steps with the rest of the test.
