Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with a mixer at high speeds until fluffy foam.
Add honey, vanilla essence and sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Mix the dough until smooth.
Peel the apples, seeds and cut into thin slices.
Add ground cinnamon, starch and mix.
Grease the mold with butter and lay out the apples.
Pour the dough on top and scroll the mold several times so that it is evenly distributed between the apple slices.
