Invited vegetarians to the celebration? Make sure that there are appropriate dishes on the menu. Alternatively, you can prepare a salad with Adyghe cheese and grilled vegetables. It's delicious, beautiful and not at all troublesome.
Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Yellow tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the Adyghe cheese into plates about 0.5 centimeters thick.
Fry the cheese in a grill pan with the addition of 1 tbsp olive oil.
Peel the bell pepper, slice and fry in the remaining oil.
Chop both types of tomatoes and peeled onions.
In a wide salad bowl, mix the salad mix, bell pepper, onion and tomatoes.
Add the fried cheese, crumble one piece with your hands.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, remaining olive oil and mix gently.
