If you like eggplant blanks, you definitely need to try this spicy mother-in-law's tongue with tomatoes and pepper. In fact, these are just snack rolls. A great solution for a family dinner or for a festive feast.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the eggplant into thin slices and lightly fry.

In each wrap a piece of tomato and pepper, and a slice of garlic.

Pass the remaining vegetables through a meat grinder, add oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and spices, and bring to a boil.

Boil the sauce for 10 minutes, lay out the eggplant rolls and cook for another 40 minutes on low heat.
