Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the eggplant, cut into cubes and fry until golden.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater and thinly slice the pepper.
Mix all the ingredients and leave for half an hour.
Place the vegetables tightly in jars, pour the remaining marinade and sterilize for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the eggplants for the winter.
