Sterilization of blanks always takes a lot of time and effort, especially on hot days. I tell you how to cook prunes in syrup without it, so that at the same time it will stand well all winter. It is better to store the workpiece in a dark, cool place.
Ingredients
- Prunes - 1 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Citric acid - 10 g
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the prunes in clean jars.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil the syrup for 3 minutes after boiling.
Add citric acid and pour prunes again.
Roll it up for the winter.
