Ingredients

  • Cherry - 400 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Water - 2.5-3 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cherries thoroughly and put them in a sterile jar.

Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain this water and boil it again.

Cover the cherries with sugar and pour in this water. Leave for another 10 minutes and drain again.

Boil the syrup again, add lemon juice, pour over the cherries and roll up for the winter.
