Ingredients
- String beans - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 80 ml
- Vinegar - 120 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare asparagus beans and cut into small pieces.
Pass tomatoes and peeled onions through a meat grinder.
Mix the tomato mass with sugar, salt, spices and oil. Boil for 20 minutes.
Add the asparagus beans, garlic passed through the press and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Spread the hot lecho in sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
