- Grapes (kishmish) – 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 200 ml
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the grapes with half the sugar, add water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes, remove the jam from the heat and let cool.
Bring to a boil again, add the remaining sugar, boil for 5-7 minutes and cool again.
Bring to a boil again, add citric acid, boil for 5 minutes and roll the jam into sterile jars.
