Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Greenery - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes and peeled bell peppers in a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with sugar, butter and boil over low heat for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the herbs, peeled onion, garlic and hot pepper.
Add the spicy mixture and salt to the boiling mass. Cook everything together for another 15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Spread the hot tsitsibeli into the prepared jars and roll up.
