- Watermelon - 3 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Gelatin - 30 g
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the watermelon pulp, remove the bones and beat it with a blender.
Strain a glass of juice and dissolve the gelatin in it according to the instructions.
Mix the main watermelon mass with sugar, bring to a boil and boil until the sugar dissolves.
