- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Pectin - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the currants with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Mix the pectin and 4 tablespoons of sugar, add to the currant and mix.
Bring the billet to a boil and add the remaining sugar.
Boil the jam for 6-7 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
