Today I want to share a simple recipe for everyone's favorite apricot jam. Bright, fragrant, with pieces of fruit - this jam lifts the mood on a gloomy day and brings back memories in summer. Diversify family tea parties with a delicious treat!

Pick apricots, rinse under running water, dry slightly. Divide the apricots into halves and remove the seeds.

Place the apricot halves in a cooking bowl, cover with sugar, mix so that the sugar is evenly distributed and covers all the fruits, leave overnight. Apricots should let the juice.

Bring the workpiece to a boil over low heat, stir with a wooden spoon, remove from the heat and let it brew for half an hour.

Put the jam on the fire again and boil to the desired consistency, removing the foam.

Pour the boiling jam into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap with a blanket and leave until completely cooled. Store the cooled apricot jam in a cool dark place.
