For the first time, spicy seasoning was prepared in Abkhazia many years ago. Since then, chefs around the world have been working on different variations of this dish, creating new culinary masterpieces. One of these is the carrot adjika. It can be served immediately or closed for the winter.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare vegetables, apples and chop them in a blender.

Mix everything in a large saucepan, add butter, sugar, salt and spices.

Boil for 40 minutes over low heat.

Add vinegar, mix and immediately put in clean, dry jars.

Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
