- Apricots - 500 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apricots, divide into halves and peel the seeds.
Cut the apricots into small pieces, cover with sugar and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Transfer the billet into the bowl of the bread maker, add lemon juice.
Close the lid and activate the Jam mode for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Put the hot jam in sterilized jars and roll it up.
