Traditionally, pickle is cooked in meat or vegetable broth. But if you have a pack of hunting sausages at home, why not use them? So the usual homemade soup gets a light taste and aroma of smoked meats.
Ingredients
- Hunting sausages - 300 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 200 g
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut potatoes into cubes, sausages into rings, and carrots and cucumbers into strips. Chop the onion and chop the cilantro with garlic.
Put the potatoes in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the sausages, carrots and onions. Cook for another 7 minutes.
Add cucumbers, brine, garlic and spices. Bring the pickle to a boil, add the cilantro and remove from the heat.
