If you like to add processed cheese to soups the way I like it – try this fish recipe. A very delicate, fragrant, light and in every sense pleasant dish will appeal even to those who do not like liquid too much.
Ingredients
- Cod - 450 g
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the coarsely chopped cod with water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the fish from the pan, strain the broth and put the finely chopped onion and potatoes there.
Cook the vegetables for about 7 minutes and add grated melted cheese.
When the cheese melts, season the dish to taste and return the fish to the pan.
Warm up and remove from heat.
