- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Spinach - 300 g
- Leek - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Water - 1 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the leeks and fry in olive oil.
Add spinach and chopped herbs, simmer for a couple of minutes and pour water.
Bring to a boil and add diced zucchini.
Cook the soup for 7-10 minutes, grind in a blender and season to taste.
