Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan.
Add black pepper, water and cook for 45 minutes.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Grate the carrots.
Chop tomatoes, peeled potatoes and onions.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, a little hot broth from the pan and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Pour potatoes, cabbage, roast into a saucepan with meat and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt, garlic passed through the press and turn off after 2 minutes.
Pour the soup on plates and garnish with fresh parsley.
