Wash dry peas, soak in cold water for 5-6 hours.

Rinse the peas again and pour them into a pot of boiling water. Add the allspice peas and simmer for 45 minutes over low heat.

Chop string beans, carrots, peeled potatoes and onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry for 5-7 minutes.

In a saucepan with peas, pour potatoes, string beans and roast. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add green peas, squeeze garlic through a press, add salt and turn off. Infuse the soup under the lid for 20 minutes.

When serving, add finely chopped parsley to the plate.
