Why not supplement the classic borscht with other favorite ingredients? For example, mushrooms or beans no longer surprise anyone. This time I suggest adding some zucchini! Moreover, they can be diced or grated into noodles on a Korean grater.

Add chopped potatoes and grated beets to the boiling broth.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry them for 10 minutes. Put it in a saucepan.

Send shredded cabbage and sliced zucchini to the same place.

Last of all, add the tomato crushed in a blender, spices and crushed garlic.

Cook the borscht until the vegetables are ready.
