It's probably hard to imagine a more fragrant adjika! Thanks to prunes, it turns out incredibly rich and delicious! Prepare such a billet for the winter and it will make a real splash on the festive table!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Place the prunes in a colander and rinse with boiling water.

Chop basil, peeled garlic and both kinds of pepper.

Mince prunes, both types of pepper, basil and garlic.

Put the resulting mass into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add salt, sugar, spices and tomato paste.

Cook for 25 minutes after boiling, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.

Spread the adjika in sterilized jars, close the lids and wrap it tightly with a warm blanket for a day.
