- Meat broth - 2 l
- Pork kidneys - 2 pieces
- Bacon - 150 g
- Sausage - 150 g
- Sausages - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 300 g
- Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olives - 2 handfuls

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and slice the kidneys lengthwise. Soak for 3 hours in cold water, periodically me it.
