Baby soups are easy to cook. The main thing is to make sure that they are light, satisfying and healthy. For this, mashed soup with broccoli is the best way. I cook it in chicken broth, you can also use water or vegetable broth.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the broccoli and divide it into small inflorescences.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Boil chicken broth, add potatoes, broccoli and cook for 10 minutes. Leave some broccoli for decoration.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Put the roast in a saucepan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Chop the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add salt, stir and heat for another 2 minutes on low heat.
Serve the soup by adding a little broccoli to the plate.
