I bake a lot, so in the summer I try to stock up on such blanks that can be used as a filling. Apples in their own juice are great for this. And the fragrant syrup makes delicious teas, jelly and compotes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the apples, seeds and slice.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.

Add sugar, broken cinnamon stick and mix again. Cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 hours.

Put the workpiece in jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.

Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
